A: PLEASE MAIL YOUR PRODUCT TO: NGC SPORTS 60 CHURCH STREET, YALESVILLE, CT. 06492. PLEASE SEND THE CLUB VIA UPS GROUND WHICH AUTOMATICALLY INSURES THE PRODUCT FOR $100 AND ALLOWS YOU IMMEDIATE TRACKING OF THE PACKAGE'S DELIVERY STATUS. INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE AND YOUR FULL NAME AND ADDRESS.
